Danny Ortega will be holding group runs on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 5:00 AM in Nomahegan Park in Cranford.

Those that may be interested can meet Danny at 5:00 AM

in the parking lot by the gazebo.

Alex will be holding a group run on Saturday, September 4th

(8 - 9 minute/mile pace) at 6:40 AM in Oak Ridge Park

(formerly the Oak Ridge County Golf Course) in Clark, NJ.

Matt will be holding a group run on Saturday, Septemter 4th

What is the CENTRAL JERSEY TRIPLE?

All people (members and non-members of CJRRC) who run and/or volunteer in all three of the following club races

will receive a commemorative coffee thermos.
