Group Runs

For those that may be interested in participating, Alex Fonseca will be holding group runs on Saturday,March 6th(8 -9 minute/mile

pace) at 7:00 AM and on Sunday, March 7th (9 - 10 minute/ mile

pace) at 10:00 AM in Nomahegan Park.

In addition to the runs held by Alex, Roz Kelley will be holding a group run on Saturday, March 6th at 9:00AM (11 - 13 minute/mile pace) at Nomahegan Park. Meet Roz in the parking lot by the gazebo.

2008 was the inaugural season for The Central Jersey Triple.

What is the CENTRAL JERSEY TRIPLE?

All people (members and non-members of CJRRC) who run and/or volunteer in all three of the following club races

will receive a commemorative coffee thermos.

For the 2010 CENTRAL JERSEY TRIPLE our three club races are:
